of the beloved cat Dufus. Mr. Miller is said to be a proponent
of behaviourist animal psychology. This is no doubt a parody
of the humanist camp, those that assign human characteristics
to animals, and therefore would give Dufus the gift of 12 personalities.
However, in this case, they are nearly identical with variations
so subtle, the personalities could easily be described by behaviourist
theory. |
